How to restore a seach

I deleted "System-stats" search provided with Kibana5 install.
Any idea how to re-install it?

wait a second, this was a search that came with Metricbeats..... Can I reinstall metricbeats to get is back, this should work? I will not lose the data?

Oh, yeah you can probably run the import script again.

i think this will do it. But the question remains the same - how to make external backup of search/dashboard and how to restore from it?
