Continuing the discussion from How to re-run cluster with different cluster uuid:
You can not merge two cluster that has already formed separately. You need to move the data from one of the nodes to the other, e.g by reindexing or snapshot/restore, and then clear that node and have it join the other node as a new empty node. Having a 2-node cluster is also not recommended. You should always look to have three master-eligible nodes in any cluster.
