In kibana under oberservabilty /uptime/monitor uptime setting need to configure with installation

Hi,
In Kibana uptime setting need to add new indices in uptime indices and need to set alert connector as well not from UI

Unfortunately there is not a public API for setting uptime indices

@Andrew_Cholakian1 that's changing soon, in 8.12 user will be able to use API
