Index not showing current metric data

Hi,

Our newly created Index named 'alerts_to_snow' used to show us the latest metric data when in Kibana > Discover and then select data view named 'alerts_to_snow'. The data we get presented is up to Jan 29th 2024 only. We used to get the latest data before and am not sure what the problem is.

Date range is set to 'Now' and still no current data.

have you checked the query that Discover is doing with the Inspect tool?

The tool will allow you to check the actual query sent to Elasticserch and play with it in the Dev Console. Maybe your data changed and your time field is now a different one?

I'm just guessing, you need to ensure using the Dev Console what data is being ingested and compare that with the query sent from Discover.
