Hello everyone! Can someone help me with understanding elasticsearch license, how it works, differencies between licences.

There is a free basic license and additional commercial license levels that unlock specific features. If you have questions around cost or what the limitations around the free basic license are I would recommend you contact Elastic Sales (see link on the page I linked to).
