Ingest-geoip for beta1

I've tried to download the ingest-geoip plugin for offline install but the link seems to be broken. I've also scoured the Maven site for the beta1 version without success. I've noted therecent changes in github for the plugin and also realize there were some changes to geo_point and GeoDistance for geoip. I'm unsure how all of this affects the ingest-geoip plugin or if the changes necessitates a different approach to geoip processing.

I'm hoping geoip is not going away for ingest pipelines as our application has grown attached to it.

You're right. This changed recently. I'm going to fix the documentation.
