So I am pretty new to Elastic and have it installed on my servers. I do not have Elastic Cloud Services at this point in time. How do you take an API call from one server and have it ingested into Elastic so that I can visualize it in Kibana?

Neither Elasticsearch or Kibana are designed to pull data from 3rd party systems, you will need to look at using something like the Elastic Agent or Beats to do that for you.
What would be the best approach and how would I go about setting it up?
