I must install logstash on a server which has no active internet connection. But as I know the server needs a connection to resolve the repositories online, is there a possibility to install it without the internet as a downloadable package which I can store on him via ftp?
Logstash itself doesn't require an internet connection. If you need to install additional plugins you can create an offline plugin pack on an internet-connected machine and transfer that file to the Logstash machine.
Ok for ElasticSearch and Kibana are RPM packages availlable, but not for logstash. Is there a other possibility because yum needs a internet connection (I followed the documentation and I faced an error while installation with yum)
