Installable plugin checkbox disabled in Elastic Cloud due to subscription level

Same question here:

Installable plugin (Elastic cloud - ES 7.15)

Trying to add plugin (.zip) through the Extensions tool. But I can't choose "installable plugin". Says it is not supported by my subscription. No additional information and nothing in the documentation. Have tried all tiers (Standard, Gold, Platinum, different instance sizes etc) and nothing makes the option available. Any idéas? [image]

I have ENTERPRISE subscription level in Elastic Cloud and cannot install custom plugin due to disabled option as shown above. https://cloud.elastic.co/deployment-features/extensions/create

The messages is "This feature is not available for your subscription level." but I have ENTERPRISE subscription level.

How can I enable this option?
