Can't install a custom plugin even with a sufficient subscription level - Elastic Cloud

Hi there.

Somehow I can't install a custom plugin on my Elastic Cloud cluster, even though my subscription level is "Gold" right now.

The Type - "An installable plugin (compiled, no source code)" is not clickable for me.

Can someone give me some help with this? Am I missing something here?
