Installation problems with Logstash 5.3.0 rpm's

Is anyone else having issues with installing the latest Kibana download of 5.3.0? I tried twice with two different downloads and both get an unpacking error. Is it just me or is the RPM broke?

rpm -Uvh logstash-5.3.0.rpm

Just wanted to add that I'm upgrading from v5.2.0

I downloaded the RPM for the 3rd time today 4 hours later and it didn't have any issues. Whether it was replaced or whatever I am back up and running. Thanks.
