We don't offer Elastalert support here I'm afraid :). Feel free to open a question on the relevant github repository.
Elastic has a (paid) feature that does this: https://www.elastic.co/what-is/elasticsearch-alerting .
@Emanuil hnx for u r reply;but i dont have watcher in kibana interface because i use just basic licence
