Is access to Elasticsearch restricted for Belarus?

I can't pull the Docker image:
docker pull docker.elastic.co/elasticsearch/elasticsearch:8.1.1 leads to The Amazon CloudFront distribution is configured to block access from your country.

Any attempt to access cloud.elastic.co also ends with Error 451 unavailable for legal reasons.

The announcement says that Elasticsearch will not sell its products to Russia: Elastic Stands with Ukraine | Elastic Blog
Anyway, I'm not able to find any official announcements about restrictions for Belarus, and specifically about blocked access to Docker images.

Yes, Belarus is blocked as well.
