Dear Elk team,
We are using metricbeat to monitor our Microservices. It's really easy to configure and use. I love it and it's capability to provide detailed system monitoring. On looking at the easy of doing infrastructure monitoring we want to extend it to some other customer servers where we wouldn't have permission to install and configure metricbeat.
Is there a way to run metricbeat from a centralised location and collect statistics from remote servers ?
Am really impressed by the way metricbeat handles the field mapping and how the fields gets coupled with the ready-made dashboards available.
And I would like to use this cool feature in remote servers. Any ideas from experts in architect such a system would be a great help.
