Is x-pack going open source?

Is X-pack (Alerting, reporting etc) going open source? if not what would be the cost. I installed x-pack on Kibana and elastic search and it is running in a trail version. I'm getting confused after reading this https://www.elastic.co/products/x-pack/open

Can anyone provide some details on this please.
