Joining similar indexes into one index

Hi All,

We are having three indexes which are named similar like
1.sldevice
2.slcpuperformance
3.slmemperformance

Now i'm creating a new index as sl* , now this index has all the fields from the above three indexes.

But when i go to discover to view the documents, i'm able to see documents only from sldevice alone. How to get data from all three indexes into the new one.

Am i missing something here, please advice.

Thanks
Gauti

This might be just due to the limit on the number of documents that are retrieved. Can you see all the fields (of all 3 indices) in the Discover side-bar, and if so, if you filter for documents, can you see the documents of the other 2 indices?

No. I'm not able to see the fields in discover. Fields are available only in the index
Management->Index pattern.

Thanks
Gauti
