Kibana 6.2.x support for ElasticSearch 6.0.x?

Hello,

Looking at the compatibility matrix and wondering why 6.2.x versions of Logstash and Beats do support older version of ElasticSearch - 6.0.x but Kibana doesn't.
Is that something that would change in the future as it'd be useful for people that use Amazon ElasticSearch Service?

Kibana is more tightly integrated with Elasticsearch than Logstash, so I think that is unlikely. If you want access to the latest version and features, you can try Elastic Cloud, where we make new versions available as they are released and offer easy upgrades.
