Kibana Alerts vs Watcher

Hi,

I would like to know what is included with Kibana Alerts in the Basic Plan ?
I need to setup email alerts when certain conditions are met.
For exemple, send an email when

  • a new log entry exists where the user has locked his account
  • a new document has been added
    ...

Is that supported with Kibana Alerts ? What is the difference between Kibana Alerts and the Watcher feature ? The Watcher does not seem to be included in the Basic Plan.

The Basic Subscription (Free) include Kibana Alerting framework with 2 actions : Index & Logging, check it here : https://www.elastic.co/subscriptions
Any other action like email, slack, webhook, .... require at least a gold license
