Kibana discover page and dashboard are not refreshing automatically in version 7.7 (current).

Hi, check that you have the refresh enabled in the timefilter controls:

If that's not the issue, it could be a bug. Would you mind checking in our open issues to see if this exists? https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues

By default is is showing o seconds to refresh, for work around i changed to every 5 seconds to refresh.

Is that good implementation to have for every 5 seconds to refresh the whole discover indexes and dashboards.

Please suggest me if i have done wrong

It sounds like you are using the interface the way it is intended to be used, so I wouldn't call it a workaround but maybe your feelings are different.
