we are working in elastic search which is implemented in azure environment. while accessing the kibana url iam getting error as site can't be reached, ip took too long to respond. linux vm is provided to access the kibana file. when i try to edit the kibana.yml file it was giving out error permission denied, i tried to change the permission by using the command chmod, it gave out error as permission denied. i tried to change the owner of the file by using the command chown it gave out same error. Please help me out with this

since this seem to be specific Azure failures, I think you might have higher chances to find a proper solution for that, by using Azure's support facilities.
