Kibana integration with remedy


I am doing some tests and I have a question.
Can kibana alert or create tickets in a Remedy?

What's Remedy? Does it have an API?

I think that it is BMC Remedy, an ITSM software, it is called BMC Helix now if I'm not wrong, it is similar to ServiceNow.

Kibana does not have a built-in connector for Remedy, but you can use the WebHook connector to send a POST or PUT request to the Remedy API to create/manage tickets.

You will need to look into the Remedy documentation to know how to build the json payload of the request.
