Kibana Login with Encrypt Username

Hi All,

Hope Everyone doing great.
Please help me in what are the changes need to be done in both elastic.yml and kibana.yml for the logging of Kibana dashboards with the encrypt username in elastic version 7.16 having basic license.

How to build for the token-based login for the same version 7.16 of basic license.
