Kibana map

The image of the map on kibana is not showing after connected to VPN?

You haven't provided much info to help here.

What version are you on?
Why are you using a VPN?
What does your browsers developer console show?

ELK version 7.11.2.
We get to use internal network.

This is my kibana.yml file configuration.

Elastic Maps Service provides the base map tile layers. Your kibana.yml is setting map.includeElasticMapsService: false. You are not seeing the base map tiles because your kibana configuration has turned of Elastic Maps Service. See connect to Elastic Maps Service for more information.
