Kibana maps - add DSL Filter

Hi,
I want to add filter to a layer on my map to reduce number of returned documents.
however, i can only add a filter in KQL format and not DSL format.
my filter uses painless script, and i don't know how to do that in KQL, and if its even possible.
is it possible to use DSL from layer context?

I'm afraid it's not possible to use DSL format for layer filters. It would be great if you could open a feature request in the Kibana Github repository with as much detail on your requirements as possible.
