Kibana not showing filter values in the add filter section on ubuntu server

I am not able to see the filter value in kibana when using it as a service on an ubuntu server like below -

kibana filter error

someone please suggest how i can see values in here, i tried refreshing m index as well

You have to use the Theatre.keyword field to see values.
