I have a few visualization on Kibana and all values are reflected in the charts. Unfortunately when I want to filter certain values, it is not there. For example, the value that I want to filter is "An unauthorised card into Access Zone".
I can see the data in other charts but when I want to filter it, it is not there.
May I know what could be the possible issue and how I can resolve it?
For high cardinality fields, we have limits that we set on how long the "get suggestions for this field" query will take (1s timeout, 10000 terminate_after). If you start typing, your suggestions should narrow down given what you've typed. Worst case scenario, you can manually type the entire field value and hit enter and it should still create the filter with the custom value.
