Kibana plugin installation: Error when installing plugin in kibana 8.8.2

I developed a custom plugin and when i try to install it i get the following error.

The browser is making a request to fetch my plugins plugin.js file but the server is responding with 404. Whats weird is that i this is the second time i am trying to install the plugin and it worked the first time.
