Kibana Red status too strict

Hi, is it me or is the Kibana Red status a bit too strict?

I think the dev tools at least should always be available. For instance when a cluster goes into red state Kibana puts itself in red state also and doesn't let you click on anything. So then we have to use other tools like curl or postman to send commands to our clusters.

It would be nice if DevTools and maybe discover are always available.
