Kibana server is not ready yet-after change in elastic

Hi,
I added xpack.security.enabled: true to elastic and I restarted Kibana and elastic, for some reason I cannot get the Kibana up, and while checking the Kibana and elastic service status I can see that both are up and no error is found, What can be the cause and how to fix it?
