Kibana startup failure in Windows

I have download the updated 7.14.0 kibana version and wait for the whole zip download but unfortunately getting the same error message

Cannot find module './persistence_google_workspace_api_access_granted_via_domain_wide_delegation_of_authority.json'

Zip Size: 428394 KB

can someone please look into this?

This is quite urgent, Can someone please let me know the reason behind this error?

So you're using a google cloud instance to download a fresh Kibana zip, and you're getting a error message when downloading? From which source to you load you kibana.zip? Thx!
