Kibana - Using Controls for date field drop down

Team, I was using Kibana control for my visualization part and wanted to use my date field for the further filter on the final dashboard.

Currently, if I used my date field in drop down I was able to see my date in epoch only, Is there any way that I can see this date into "YYYY-MM-DD" or "YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm:ss" format instead of epoch in the Kibana dashboard UI.

Hi, it looks like the Elasticsearch mapping for this epoch field may be numeric, instead of of date. Could you check the mappings and confirm?
