I have been exploring other data visualization solutions like Grafana and Power BI. One big thing I have noticed is they offer a transformation layer when building your visualization. This transformation layer acts like a layer between the retrieved data and the visual result. I have noticed that Kibana does not have something similar, is this where ES|QL is supposed to come into play?
