I install metricbeat 6.2.2 and configure all are default

This will be an easy fix. You have to go to the Management page, then to Index Patterns, select the metricbeat one and then search for the "total_memory", "used memory" and "free_memory" fields in the list and change the Field formatter for them from Default to Bytes. Then Kibana will display it using your desired format everywhere.
