Is it possible to know in Kibana how many requests are sent to elasticsearch ?
I want to know if many users and requests are sent to elasticsearch in (pseudo) real time.

Kibana's monitoring plugin will give you a detailed breakdown of traffic to elasticsearch, https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/elasticsearch-metrics.html. If installing x-pack is not an option you can index your elasticsearch logs (or some other metrics) into elasticsearch and create visualizations.
