I want to achieve a solution where
- I have one dashboard ,if the user click on any particular metric count , it can redirect to "Discover"with same filter showing related document.

Hey - unfortunately that's not an available option for now. The closest related issue is probably https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/1256. if you want to track progress, but it doesn't look too active.
The markdown widget can be used to link to discover (filters can be included in the url) as a possible workaround..it's not great but might help.
