Logstash service stuck in paused state

Installed service and it will not start need a little bit of help used NSSM for install and set paths as follows

Path: c:\ELK-Stack\logstash\bin\logstash.bat
Startup directory: c:\ELK-Stack\logstash\bin
Arguments: -f c:\ELK-Stack\logstash\bin\logstash.json
