Service paused error when I try to start the service

Greetings Elastic Community,

logstash%20error

I installed Logstash using the NSSM using the same process I did when I installed kibana and elasticsearch.

I get this error anytime I try to start the service via "Services" in windows.

Running version 6.3 on windows server 2012 r2.

I referenced this guide just to see if I did something wrong:

I'm a little stumped as to why it isn't working. Any help is appreciated
