I am setting up Marvel on elasticsearch2.0.0 cluster and kibana 4.2.1 on separate nodes. I am able to see the cluster, but clicking on the cluster name does nothing, and the timeframe and refresh buttons are missing. I am unable to get any information past what is in this picture.
