Here I am showing special characters used in specific subject line. Each special character is separated by comma ( which is also a special character) it may lead to confusion that even those commas are used in sentence. Is there any way where I can decide upon what character/blank space to use as separating parameter.

unfortunately, at the moment Kibana doesn't have this possibility. You can submit a feature request so it appears in the future.
