Migrating ML jobs to production environment?

From 2018 Moving ML jobs and their data it was not possible, but now is it possible?

looking at this

However when i go to stack management -> machine learning (jobs list) there is no option to export, or even in the machine learning jobs kibana no way to export.

Is there a required version of elastic for this? ( i have 7.8.1)
