Hi i am working on some migration project , we need to migrate kibana reports from one instance to another ,
the source instance is running for some time now . it has all the indices and corresponding kibana indices . the target instance is very new. when i tried to migrate the indice folders from the source machine , (C:\busdata\rrsb\gbl0\elastic\data\nodes\0\indices) , the corresponding folder structure was also not found in target machine .
but anyways i migrated visualizations and index patterns from the source kibana . and created similar folder structure in the target kibana and copied the indices . but still am not able to see any entries inside the discovery of the target environment. am missing some basic thing here. can any one guide me am new to this.
