Missing metrics in 0.19

I'm using a ganglia python module to pull stats from the /_cluster/
nodes/node/stats endpoint, and a lot seems to have gone missing, such
as currently established tcp conns, gc_time, heap used, tcp active
opens, transport opens, threads, open file descriptors, cache filter
evictions...

Did this stuff move elsewhere?

You now have more stats available, and more control over what is
returned:
