We have a requirement to monitor Snowflake with Elastic stack. We are using a 7.9 self managed EFK stack on EKS-Kubernetes. Any suggestions and guidance to integrate with snowflake will be helpful.

Unfortunately I'm not aware of any step by step guide or blog post that I can share with you. It is definitely possible, you can start looking at available data shippers to find what might work for you and maybe check snowflakes blog posts.
I will check with the team next week and update you in case there some guide.
