Multiple Filter Problem after upgrading to Kibana 7.3

Hi,
I have recently updated to version 7.3 and I'm experiencing problems when using multiples filters in dashboards, visualizations and searches. When combining more than two filters (as shown in picture) it suddenly start to switch the filter order and it is not possible to work with the filters normally anymore. They are changing constanly (I wanted to upload a video but is not possible)

For example between this two states, continously

I used to work without problems till version 7.2.
I have performed test with Chrome and Firefox, both with the same problem.

Anyone else experiencing this?

This is a known issue that will be fixed in 7.3.1: https://github.com/elastic/kibana/pull/41999

I have updated to the latest version of Chrome and now is ok
