Multiple Time-ranges for Y-axis data in Visualization

I'm trying to create a single chart to show how data for a single week compares to the monthly average of that same data. I know I can use a Dashboard to create side-by-side visualizations, but I'd like to have one chart for readability, especially to keep the scale between both consistent.

Currently using 7.9.1 and here's an example visualization I've gotten:

You could use multilayer Lens visualization - check out the attached screenshot, the two layers have different custom interval configured for both layers.
