Which versions of Umbraco are compatible with the new Elasticsearch product?
Any help / advice would be much appreciated.

It's a CMS - Content Management System.

The Umbraco Elasticsearch integration is not maintained by Elastic, you might have better luck asking your question here or reading the documentation here
