Not getting whitelist confirmation email - Cloud

Hello there, I'm trying to set up an alert and from what I've read I must first add the email address to the whitelist. I go to the cloud profile and enter address and it says it's sent the email but I never receive it.

I have tried with emails both in and out of my company. Still no confirmation emails sent.

Any ideas?

sorry for the late response. If nothing popped up in your spam folder either, I think the best way to move forward is to open a concrete support case including your cloud cluster id. You can read more about that at
