Not getting whitelist confirmation email - Cloud

Hello there, I'm trying to set up an alert and from what I've read I must first add the email address to the whitelist. I go to the cloud profile and enter address and it says it's sent the email but I never receive it.

I have tried with emails both in and out of my company. Still no confirmation emails sent.

Any ideas?
