Hi,
I want to override the value for 'UI-WELCOME_MESSAGE' in en.json using custom kibana plugin. Is there anyway by which I can achieve this?
It would be very helpful, if any documentation related to UiExports be shared.

At the moment the kibana translation framework isn't fully implemented and we're rethinking our approach to the problem. There's no timeline for this work at the moment, stay tuned to https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/6515 for updates.
