Performance of tribe node read operation

I have one cluster in Pairs, If I put a Tribe node in London, when I read the data from the Tribe node in London, How the tribe node perform the read operation under the hook, by a local cache read or a high latency cross data center read?

Thanks your reply, Does it read cross the datacenter? If yes. Then the tribe node cann't solve my use case, I just want to put a tribe node in another data center as a read only client the gain the "real time" search feature.

Caching is done locally, so the tribe node reads from all data centres.
