Plugin installation on Elastic 5.5

I have installed elastic 5.5 via debian package. Plugin installation has become a night mare in elastic 5.5.

I am going to usr/share/elasticsearch/bin$ to access by elasticsearch-plugin executable file, but it does not work.

Can some one please suggest how to install elastic search plugins like marvel and kibana.

Starting with Elasticsearch 5.0, Monitoring is included in X-Pack and Marvel is no longer available as a separate plugin. Kibana is now a stand-alone application and not an Elasticsearch plugin.
